How does RecipeGenius create recipes?

RecipeGenius uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes based on the ingredients, preferences, and filters you provide.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the subscription page in RecipeGenius and select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, select your Apple ID, then choose Subscriptions and select RecipeGenius.

I paid for Pro, but the app still shows Free.

First, select Restore Purchases on the subscription page. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app, then contact support with the email address connected to your RecipeGenius account.

Why was a recipe not generated?

Recipe generation may occasionally fail because of a temporary network or service issue. Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.

Are AI-generated recipes always accurate?

No. AI-generated recipes may contain mistakes. Always review ingredients, allergy information, cooking times, temperatures, and food-safety guidance before preparing or eating a recipe.

How can I delete my account?

Use the account-deletion option inside the app if available. You may also contact support and request deletion of your account and associated data.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your RecipeGenius account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
